CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Reservations made online or by phone: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, guests have the right to cancel their reservation within seven (7) days of purchase. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded, with no need for justification, as long as the request is made within the specified time frame.

Reservations made in person at the front desk: Reservations made directly at the hotel are not eligible for a refund in case of cancellation, as provided by law.

This policy is based on Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code and is intended to ensure clarity and transparency in our relationship with guests.
